Full refund or exchange of size or product
If you order a product and upon receipt are not entirely satisfied you can return it unused to your distributor for a full refund or an exchange of size or product within 7 days.
For a full refund or exchange the returned product must be in a re-saleable condition.
If within 90 days of purchase you are not satisfied with the performance of your
Nutriflow – being consumable is non refundable or exchangeable.
Faulty parts and workmanship (Subject to normal conditions of use)
Bioflow / Bioguard / Biophone / Vitaflow – If your product becomes faulty within 12 months of purchase we will replace it free of charge if you return it with proof of purchase to either your distributor or Ecoflow direct.
Motoflow, Thermoflow & H2Flow - As above within 10 years of purchase.
Magnetic Properties. (All Magnetic Products)
If, at any time, you feel that the power of the magnets has lessened, you can return the product to Ecoflow for testing and if we agree we will send you a like for like replacement free.

The chain provided with the Bioguard Pendant is done so as a courtesy and is not covered by any guarantee.
All products must be returned with proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse a free replacement if the product or receipt has been tampered with.
You will not be refunded for the cost of sending products to either the distributor or Ecoflow.
Products that are replaced under the 12 month/10 year warranty will be returned with the remainder of the original guarantee.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Delivery
UK orders will be despatched by 1st class post, usually on the next working day Mon - Fri. However, longer delivery time can be expected during holiday times. If you need delivery by a certain date please send us an email: customer.services@simplymagnetic.com or call us on tel. 0845 644 3694 (Local rate).
UK delivery regardless of quantity costs £2.95.
Delivery for the rest of the world costs £7.95.
