A: 7 day refund

If you order a product and upon receipt are not entirely satisfied you can return it unused to your distributor for a full refund within 7 days.

B: 90 Day Performance Guarantee

If within 90 days of purchase you are not satisfied with the performance of your Bioflow/Bioguard/Biophone /Vinaflow/Vitaflow/Grippaglow you may return it to us and we will refund 85% of the price you paid. Motoflow, Thermoflow & H2Flow – As above but a full refund will be given.

An exchange option may be available, please ask your distributor for details.

Nutriflow and Tian Tian – being consumable is non refundable or exchangeable.

C: Faulty parts and workmanship (Subject to normal conditions of use)

Bioflow/Bioguard/Biophone/Vinaflow/Vitaflow/Grippaglow – If your product becomes faulty within 12 months of purchase we will replace it free of charge if you return it with proof of purchase to either your distributor or Ecoflow direct.

Motoflow, Thermoflow & H2Flow - As above within 10 years of purchase.

D: Magnetic Properties. (All Magnetic Products)

If, at any time, you feel that the power of the magnets has lessened, you can return the product to Ecoflow for testing and if we agree we will send you a like for like replacement free.

E: Customer Loyalty Scheme

If at any time you wish to replace or upgrade your Bioflow/Bioguard/Biophone with another product from the same range then you can purchase a new product at 50% of the RRP or use the the credit towards an upgrade.

Notes: We are unable to offer to replace any products that have been lost.

The chain provided with the Bioguard Pendant is done so as a courtesy and is not covered by any guarantee.

All products must be returned with proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse a free replacement if the product or receipt has been tampered with.

You will not be refunded for the cost of sending products to either the distributor or Ecoflow.

Products that are replaced under the 12 month/10 year warranty will be returned with the remainder of the original guarantee.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Delivery


Orders received before 12pm Monday-Friday are usually dispatched the same day they are received by first class mail and most UK customers receive their products within one or two days. However please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. If you require your products urgently please contact us to arrange Special Delivery at an extra cost.

Please contact us by email or telephone if you need products quickly or have any special requirements.

All orders delivered within the UK are sent by first class post and incur a charge of £3.95 for postage and packing regardless of quantity.

Delivery for the rest of the world is sent Airsure or International Signed For and costs £8.
