Full refund or exchange of size or product
If you order a product and upon receipt are not entirely satisfied you can return it unused to your distributor for a full refund or an exchange of size or product within 7 days.
For a full refund or exchange the returned product must be in a re-saleable condition.
If within 90 days of purchase you are not satisfied with the performance of your
Nutriflow and Tian Tian – being consumable is non refundable or exchangeable.
Faulty parts and workmanship (Subject to normal conditions of use)
Bioflow / Bioguard / Biophone / Vinaflow / Vitaflow – If your product becomes faulty within 12 months of purchase we will replace it free of charge if you return it with proof of purchase to either your distributor or Ecoflow direct.
Motoflow, Thermoflow & H2Flow - As above within 10 years of purchase.
Magnetic Properties. (All Magnetic Products)
If, at any time, you feel that the power of the magnets has lessened, you can return the product to Ecoflow for testing and if we agree we will send you a like for like replacement free.
Customer Loyalty Scheme
If you would like to exchange or upgrade your old Bioflow for a new Bioflow, then we will allow 50% of the cost of your old Bioflow towards the cost of a new one. Please note that the Recommended Retail Prices are used for this scheme and it is not possible to downgrade to a cheaper model.
If you would like to exchange an old Bioflow Duet for a new Bioflow Duet (RRP £60) it would cost you £60.00 less £30.00 = £30.00 + £2.95 p&p = £32.95
If you would like to exchange an old Bioflow Reflex/Explorer (RRP £55) for a new Bioflow Explorer 2 (RRP £60) it would cost you £60.00 less £27.50 = £32.50 + £2.95 p&p = £35.45
All you need to do is to return your old Bioflow (Box and receipt not needed) to us together with your payment (Please make a cheque payable to Mrs L. Marks or send us your debit/credit card details).

Notes: We are unable to offer to replace any products that have been lost.
The chain provided with the Bioguard Pendant is done so as a courtesy and is not covered by any guarantee.
All products must be returned with proof of purchase except for the Customer Loyalty Scheme.
We reserve the right to refuse a free replacement if the product or receipt has been tampered with.
You will not be refunded for the cost of sending products to either the distributor or Ecoflow.
Products that are replaced under the 12 month/10 year warranty will be returned with the remainder of the original guarantee.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Delivery
UK orders will be despatched by 1st class post, usually on the same day we receive the orders if received before 12 noon Mon - Fri.
Orders can also be sent by Special Delivery at an extra cost. Again orders need to be received before 12 noon Mon - Fri for same day despatch.
Orders to our Australian customers are sent from the Australian warehouse.
UK delivery regardless of quantity costs £2.95.
Special delivery in the UK and delivery for the rest of the world costs £7.95.

No products will be sent during the period 24 Dec (pm) - 3 Jan as Ecoflow Plc are closed.
Orders received on 24 Dec (am) will be sent on that day.
