Until recently the Goji berry was a well kept secret amongst Himalayan leaders, but in 2007 they’ve become the new superfood sensation for health conscious celebrities – just ask Uma, Halle or Catherine! This sacred berry is so cherished by Tibetan Monks that they traditionally honour it with a two week celebration at the end of every year! We have combined these with two other super-berries, cranberries and blueberries to create a unique organic ‘super mix’, providing the ultimate taste and nutrition!

Why so ‘super’ ?

Goji berries are about as nutritionally rich as you can get. They are full of vitamins B1, B2, C, antioxidants, 18 amino acids and are the richest source of beta-carotene of all known foods.

How can they help?

Goji berries also contain polysacchorides, which fortify the immune system. They contain 500 times the amount of vitamin C by weight than oranges, making them second only to ‘camo camo berries’ as the richest vitamin C source on the planet. Goji berries also have more antioxidant properties than any other fruit, with 25,300 ORAC units (the measure of the ability of antioxidants to absorb free radicals). Spinach has 1,260. They are also a good source of iron, fatty acids and have anti infl ammatory properties. Goji berries, blueberries and cranberries are all a rich source of antioxidants and therefore make a fantastic addition to your daily diet.

How can I use them?

The berries may be eaten as snacks or mixed with recipes, smoothies or even cocktails. Eat them just as they are or add to cereals, yoghurts or muesli.
